This Victorian home was the headquarters for the historic women's suffrage movement. One can tour this historically relevant house that was also the scene of Susan B. Anthony's infamous arrest in 1872 for daring to vote. The house, a National Historic Landmark, now functions as a museum, with exhibits tracing the suffrage movement, and is the centre around which is gathered the nine-block Susan B. Anthony Square, which is recognized by the National Register of Historic Places, and preserves an intact middle class neighbourhood from the Victorian era of the Nineteenth Century.
